ostrich's crack me up. they look tame. this one stood in the same spot the entire time we walked around the exhibit. yet they're wild! i actually rode one in south africa. you hold on to their wings which are HUGE and they run around like they've gone mad. i laughed so hard the whole time. i just can't look at them the same anymore! i think he's even giving me the evil-eye like i was going to jump on his back or something!

the butterfly exhibit was excellent. it's amazing how many there are flying around right past you!
