wanting to leave first thing in the morning, we had to wake natalie.
it's so hard to wake a sleeping baby...especially with her dog snuggled up with her!
we parked the boat on our own private beach and got all set up. the dogs ran in and out of the water and natalie built a sand castle.
unfortunately a downpour soaked us so we had to pack up! boo!
but not before grandpa "captain" joe grilled up some homemade italian sausages! yum!
natalie would eat popsicles all day every day if we let her!
clams, steaks, pasta, oh my! and an eager puppy! sweet sierra!
a little bit of baggo squeezed in before more rain.
out on the lake again. gorgeous. this was the calm before another storm though.
the dogs didn't mind the rain. we took cover with what we could.
the gaspary's don't skimp on s'mores either. how about this idea? instead of graham crackers and chocolate, use fudge covered shortbread cookies - you know the circle ones with the chocolate stripes - keebler or generic! fewer pieces to assemble and soooo delicious!
the dells are so beautiful! i went there once when i was 13 and loved it. i also love natalie's bathing suit. i want one! i'd also like a dog that was as snuggly as hers :) that picture is too cute.
