colorado

natalie and i came to colorado to visit my sister and her family. she posted her kids' first day of school picture on her blog and i booked our flight. i hate that we're not next door neighbors.

they're growing up too fast!

our flight was at 6:50am so we had to wake natalie but she did great! she loved the airplane and she sang songs to the flight attendants who just adored her.

we had a delicious breakfast at snooze. we shared:

Ham Benedict III The classic evolved with our signature English Muffin topped with shaved hickory smoked ham, soft poached eggs and smoked cheddar hollandaise.
 Machu Picchu Pancakes Quinoa and cornmeal pancakes with fresh blueberries, sunflower seeds, agave nectar drizzle and whipped butter. Naturally Gluten Free… the Incas were on to something.

nat konked out by the time we picked up the kids from school.

 in denver we got to see becky, ella and baby charlie!

trampoline fun!

i have a mole on the left side of my big toe. when natalie touches it i shake my foot and

make a high-pitched rolling R sound. it cracks her up!

then kate took charge of my camera. i deleted about 200 shots (i love digital!) but she got some cute ones too!

natalie helped herself to my lipgloss.

beautiful day for a wagon walk!

so far a great trip! we crammed a lot in since we were only staying for four days.

but then i changed our flight so we're here for 

two more weeks! yay!
